"I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay."

"The check in staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, but the condition of the room was disappointing. There were hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Pretty clean aside from that, but our room had a broken recliner in it, and the mattresses were poor quality."

"We arrived early to see if we could check in early. We were told that rooms would not be ready until 3:00, due to a large turnover from the night before. We did something else and returned shortly after 3:00. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and we were all told that rooms were not ready yet. Nothing was available until 4:00!
