"You get what you pay for. I reckon. Looks like the hotel was just remodeled possibly ?? Some old paint. Some new. Tape over outlets and lights still. Almost an old cigarette smell In bathroom. Had a new shower head with waterfall and jets. But only top part worked. When turned to side jets water flooded out bottom of fixture. A/C worked ok. Did not get very cold. And extremely loud. TV didn’t have any service or internet. It was a Ok stay for what we were there for."

"Let’s start with the positives! The rooms are adorable like the pictures show! They feel cleaner than a hotel and the beds and bedding were very comfortable!!! Another huge positive was the quietness. I was in my room frequently and never felt annoyed by closing doors or people being loud! So, in those ways The Herbie was a great choice!!!! "My room was very clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The gentleman working at the front desk was able to move me from the second floor to the first floor, because sometimes I sleep walk."

"The couch was dirty, torn and old. The cover on the bed had holes in it. Plastice bag cover the fire alarm. Not going there again."
