"The apartment was excellent – it had two air conditioning units in separate rooms, and the cooling worked perfectly even when the outside temperature was constantly around +40°C. "Nice small boutique hotel, staff was great since day one, everyone is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. This small hotel has a great restaurant, food is delicious, and the location near the Vatican is amazing. We enjoyed strolling and looking at all the shops, grabbing a bite; everything you need is just a few steps! Next time we come to Rome we will stay here."

"Great location, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a street full of nice restaurants just one street down. The only thing to look out for is if you are sensitive to noise but want to sleep with the window open is to book a room with the courtyard view. The street is very loud at night."

"We loved our stay at Rest Guesthouse in Rome! The place is super clean and well maintained. The staff were focused on how they could help - whether it was storing our luggage when we arrived early to ensuring we had coffee for our morning. The street outside, unfortunately, is noisy, but the residence is quiet and bright. Will definitely look to stay there again if I ever return to Rome. "

"Room was clean, a bit small but expected with the bnbs in this area. Balcony was beautiful and spacious, you could see the Vatican and is about 20 feet away from it. 5 min walk from all the best restaurants and gelato/dessert shops! Staff was extremely helpful and waited for us outside to bring us in and were more than willing to provide information/had pamphlets in the shared space outside our door for exploring Rome. A bit noisy as it is an apartment complex but only during the day time....

"We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a...
