We enjoyed 3 nights in the family appartments with my two children and husband, our apartment was located right in frount of the pool witch was an absolute hit with our children, such a beautiful location, with a short walk to long beach on one side and to the bay on the other side! Easy taxi ride to town Center! We enjoyed our stay so much we will be booking a return stay very soon :)

What an amazing little gem!! Rooms were a great size and super clean and staff super efficient. You have the bay and beach a stone throw away and can walk to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay. Highly recommend.

Loved being walking distance to the beach. As well as Little Beach, there’s also a path to the main Shoal Bay beach. Plenty of parking for guests, rooms are clean and modern, and staff are helpful. The only negative is that we were woken up every morning by kids in the pool - not the resort’s fault, but something to bear in mind if you’re travelling during school holidays or weekends (and don’t plan to be awake at 8).

Enjoyed our stay so much at Marty's that we extended our stay for another 3 nights. The location is perfect in terms of the beach, a very short walk to Shoal Bay and Little Beach to view sensational sunsets. Short walk to local club, and lovely Boathouse Restaurant. Marty's has a very nice heated pool. The units are spacious and well-equipped. We were upgraded from a studio to a one-bedroom which had a sunlit balcony and everything you need for a great stay. I loved sleeping to the sound of gentle waves and waking to the sound of birds. The beds were comfortable. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Would be very happy to stay at Martys on our next visit to beautiful Port Stephens.

Perfect for a long weekend

Perfect for a long weekend and great facilities. Wished we’d read about the heated pool as it lovely even in winter and didn’t have our swimmers. So close to the beach and great heating too. WiFi was hopeless though, even trying three different feeds.
