"Front desk staff is not very customer friendly, sloppily dressed. Rooms are out dated and in need of some updating. Dog friendly facility, however we went to the pool and left the dog in the room for maybe 45mins. Around 8pm and we received a call about the dog barking. Maybe you should not put families with dogs next to families without dogs. I didn’t call the front desk regarding screaming kids. Just a very disappointing stay in general. Breakfast wasn’t very good.. used to be the best...

"Did not get the room I booked. Barking dogs all night in another room. Slipped on the uncovered, unsalted parking lot after it snowed and cut my knee up. Was then charged $20 for getting blood on their towels. Front desk not friendly."

"This hotel is in need of alot of care and a deep cleaning. Many of the walls in the hallways have "holes" that have been filled in but not painted, the door is chipped or peeling from many of the room doors. I stayed in room #206. There was stuff smeared on the carpet between the beds, stuff splattered on one of the bed duvets. The door handles in the bathroom were mismatched (part brass fixture, part nickel) and filthy! The shower curtain rod was hung haphazordly. There was a bulb burnt...
