"Didnt use all the options but they were offered. All the staff were impressively multilingual, and generally friendly and upbeat. It felt like a team and I enjoyed the positive energy. My room was very clean and quiet, the bed super comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with range from full english, to fine pastries and the italian cold cuts and fruit, green salads, and yoghurt/granola options. Just a great stay."

"the hotel is beautiful and keeps their history instead of looking like modern hotels and why i liked grand hotel . i stayed here back in 2003 and it was a great stay but the staff were nice but did not go out of their way to help . now , the staff has really stepped up . took care of our every need . 1 of our jackets fell into a puddle and was soaked . they dried it and had it to us before we needed it to go to dinner . amazing service . cant wait to stay here again "
