"This is the only hotel me and my family will ever stay at while visiting Lincoln city. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You get free local coffee at check in, breakfast is made fresh everyday with a changing menu. The views were fantastic with 24 hour beach access. The pool is heated and the steam room gives you a place to relax. There are two fire pits with comfy seating for groups wanting to hang out. There is a deck for guests to sit and enjoy the ocean while relaxing with a book or music. Pet and child friendly. They offer packages that provide you and your family with beach time fun. They cater to couples too. My husband and I spend every anniversary here and go for our son's birthday."
"Staff were nice and friendly at arrival, but room and amenities were horrible. The room had no fresh air and was very stuffy. The only way to get fresh air was to open a window in the bathroom facing the outside where any stranger could climb through while I slept. Creepy. The towels were tiny & thin. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. We chose this place for the hot tub, but it was so noisy (broken) that we couldn’t enjoy it. There was also a loud fan like a heater or AC out in the deck area, running the whole time, unbearable. The WORST part: We had parking when we arrived but we left for dinner and when we returned there were ZERO spaces left for us! How? We paid for a room that comes with a parking spot. We circled a few times looking for any spot, anywhere on premises, but there were none. We understand that this could be out of their control if someone stole the spot, however when we called and messaged, there was no answer or reply. We were left to park on the street, and had to stress about whether our car was safe. Will not return. A little more piece of info that didn’t bother us, but might bother someone else, the heater in the pool was broken so they just put up a sign calling it a “plunge pool” like a cold plunge (which I actually love cold plunge pools, but others may not, it was freezing cold, no kids would use this). "
"Booked for a girls get-away. There were many many children there and it was advertised as a relaxing place but the screaming kids kinda changed that. The drain was clogged and after being told we would be receiving help that night, we were then told that it wouldn’t be cleaned till the following day which wasn’t awesome. There are advertised shops. There are indeed a couple. I got a smoothie at one and it took about twenty minutes. We ate a great meal at The Attic. Unfortunately my dish came 15 minutes after the rest of my groups food. The main entrance and lodge is very nice though."
"The photos that they show are completely different from when you get there the place is pretty much rundown. They are overpriced. The view is amazing. The bedding skirt the TV is good. The fireplace was good. The front desk guy had no business asking about our medical reasons for having a service animal which we paid a lot of money for none of his business pretty much an insult there were kids running up and down all over the place, screaming yelling, bouncing balls off the top of the ceiling. It was horrible until 10 o’clock at night. The property needs to be silent proof somehow we wanted to leave, but we’re stuck there for two days. That’s my honest opinion."
