"Expedia booking said breakfast included , hotel staff said it was not. Expedia booking said booked at Garrison Hotel, but we were actually booked at Garrison Apartments which is 0.2 mile away. We still had to check in at the Hotel location then drive 0.2 mile away to apartment . All the parking at apartment was full , so unload luggage and then drive around Fort William looking for parking. Found parking 1 mile away and then walked back ."

"The internet worked well, but otherwise we found this stay frustrating. The check-in window is quite limited, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., which made arrival less convenient. We also found the host’s manner rather negative and some of the information he gave us was inaccurate.
