"Property REEKS of cigarette smoke. I had to switch rooms due to the smell however, the new room wasn’t any better. You can literally smell it in the hallways and air vents in the room. The staff is great and the location is fair with awesome valet. I Would recommend much needed upgrades for the prices. If you’re looking in the city please waive your options before considering The Starling."

"Property was more than expected! Room was clean and available on time. Everyone from valet, front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping were extremely attentive and professional. Only negatives I have would be how small the bathroom was and how small the “full length” mirror is in Parkview Suite King room (located behind the open room door). Aside from that, I will be booking again in the near future."

"The Hotel is undergoing major repairs and a changed ownership, so what was once a convenient and good stay has become an inconvenience. Its location is excellent for parents visiting their kids at Georgia Tech and so I might go back, but the hotel is not functioning close to expectations. There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, so it takes forever to go down or back up to your rooms. The staff is apologetic, and they are obviously trying, but it has not been a good experience at all."

"I recently stayed at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park to attend my daughter’s graduation, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff was nothing short of exceptional — over-accommodating in the best possible way, anticipating needs before I even asked and making sure this special weekend went off without a hitch. Plenty of wow moments packed into a short stay. A couple of standouts deserve recognition. Sherrele (apologies if I’m butchering the spelling!), the woman who works night audit on Saturdays into Sundays, is truly amazing — the kind of hospitality professional who makes guests feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. And James at the front desk was equally fantastic. Both of them set the bar for what great service looks like. If Omni leadership reads these reviews, please make sure they know the impact they have. The room itself was a true retreat. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate. The bed was hands-down one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a hotel — exactly what you need after an emotional, full day of family events. The location is also tough to beat. Everything I needed was within an easy walk, which made the whole trip seamless. No hunting for parking, no long Ubers — just step outside and you’re there. For a milestone family moment like a graduation, you want a hotel that rises to the occasion. The Omni Centennial Park absolutely did. Highly recommend."

"This was a three night stay and twice the toilet got stopped up. The shower would made loud noise. The hotel has some bad plumbing issues. Walls are very thin. The elevator refused to let us out once and tried to close on me once. Location was good for walking to attractions and restaurants. Staff was somewhat helpful. I would not stay here again."

"The room was noisy, you cannot shut off the A/C and the wall was next to a building that kept their air systems on all night and created a loud and ongoing humming sound. The TV did not work. The location is good if you need to be downtown in ATL. Not a lot a good restaurants around and the one at the hotel is not cheap. The gym is basic but gets the job done."

"You have to use Valet at the hotel, there is no self parking option. And it costs you $60. We only stayed from about 8pm-8am at the hotel. Just dropped our car off when we got there and picked it up when we were leaving. The attendants were unhelpful and unnecessarily rude when I asked about a self parking option they just kept pointing at the small sign on the wallet that said “valet parking only” in front of a single parking space…. The hotel was alright, the TV inside kept saying no signal, I called the front desk for someone to come help. After 45 minutes of waiting with no one coming I called again to cancel the request for help since my son was desperately needing sleep. Also we didn’t use the fridge but it was barely cold at all. Don’t go to the lobby past sundown they just let guests play rap music extremely loud and loiter in the lobby. The location was very convenient for going to the aquarium or Coca Cola factory. And the breakfast was very nice but their bar/restaurant inside never opened at 12pm, we waited for a bit because my son wanted some of their pretzels but no one showed up and staff were unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend it to people staying less than 2 nights or those not visiting the aquarium just because of the parking fee itself."
