"The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out day. I left before my late check out but I did report it to the staff. They said they flagged that particular guest and he wouldn’t be able to rebook. Abby and Ray were very understanding and helpful. I would still recommend this property. 4.5 out of 5 because of the verbal assault where I’m spending my money."
