Great stay again!

We stay here every time we go to San Marcos to see our daughter at school. Yesterday they treated us so nicely. It’s always clean and convenient. Not too expensive not too cheap. We love it.

The room was run down. The chair in my room had no leather/pleather left on it. Why would I pay that rate to have an office chair that looked like it belonged in the dump. I even took photos of it. Everything in that room looked damage, old and worn out.

Property was clean but seems to be outdated. Giving it that old musky smell. TV would cut in and out from wifi signal, Breakfast was limited, and ice machine on our floor was tore apart. Staff was awesome. Kind and alway smiling.

The hotel is nothing like there pictures. It’s out dated and the toilet would not flush until they came and fixed it . They then had to return to fix the leaking toilet. Everything was just plain. Outdated . The pool was a green…

Hotel was overpriced for its location and condition.the cabel and internet went out durring my stay. The shower head leaked so bad it sounded like it was running all night. There was cocroaches in the bathroom. Glad it was only a 1 night stay but for over $100 per night i expected better condition.

Elevator wouldn’t change floors. Our bedroom floor carpet was wet from wall to wall. A/C wouldn’t adjust…it was either freezing or off, no in between. Worn out carpet in stairwell.

This property is very old-it has a horrible smell. This is rust and wall plaster falling on the floor in the bathroom. The hot water is very limited. The electrical outlets are worn out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The property needs to be cleaned up, a lot of door room signs are peeling, or replaced with mismatched ones. The smell is musty, when you enter the motel, sort of like mildew, the pool was turning green. My check in was not good, we drove in front out of town, we were tired, we arrived at 3:30, and we were informed the room was ready, but check in in was 4:00, i asked for an early check in, she said policy was 25 dollars for that, we had to wait in our car, for 30 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, and didnt smell as bad as the rest of the hotel, but tub is badly stained. I won't be staying with comfort suites again.

Its a great location and attentive staff, however, the room felt very humid, sticky to where our clothes were kinda damped. You need to have the ac super cold so the room cannot feel humid. Other than that, nice place with good breakfast.

Old but comfortable

the hotel is old and need updating but beds were comfortable, and service was good. elevator is small, slow and broken hand sanitizer stands observed on each floor. breakfast was ok. They did have parking included which was great.!
