The Hotel was close to the stadium for the UTSA and Texas State game less than a mile away. The room was clean and no issues of smells. The only issue was the free breakfast. Not even a waffle maker only cereal that was stale and milk. I seen two blueberry muffins. Quick clean spot to sleep for a night or two .

The rooms are clean, the bathroom the wash area. The flooring and sleep area, not to my standards. But you get what you pay for. The staff are very kind helpful and polite. The continental breakfast was perfect. Air conditioning is good. Overall you get what you pay for. Would I stay again, of course.

This place is conveniently close to txst for move in day. It's small, enough to house 4 people comfortably for a short stay... however it is a nicer version of a roach motel. There were a couple of German Roaches on the walls, which are notoriously hard to get rid of so there may be a colony nesting somewhere; the restroom was small and had stains on it next to the toilet... unsure of from what but they were dark in color. All in all, it is a convenient place to stay short term and when on a budget, the people who work there are friendly, but if you're looking for squeaky clean and friendly looking neighbors, I'd suggest you keep scrolling and then come back to this one.

They had the most comfortable bed ! I was so cozy slept so good! Loved the vanity sink and lights and mirror! Bathroom and tub/shower was awesome Hottt water!! Great! Was glad they had a lounge couch was great for reading and working on my tablet!! Staff was extremely friendly!’

I like the surroundings where it's located , close to Chick-fil-A, Hawaiian Bros, HEB, the San Marcos River. The rooms were clean, the staff were always available when we needed things. Thank you for letting us enjoy the quietness and peaceful area, I needed that when I worked overnights
