"Beautiful landscaping throughout the property. Room was perfect, casino was really nice with lots of different style slot machines, the buffet was excellent. My only complaint was the casino did not have any coffee at the self-service beverage stations. Employee said it was because of the cups, huh? This is unacceptable in a casino to not have the proper cups for the guests to have coffee"

"During check in we requested a cart to transport our luggage to the room and the front desk staff stated they do not have any carts available and nothing can be done about the matter we asked to speak to a manager and the manager comes out and states it's not her fault that there were no carts available for luggage transport have a seat somewhere or go to our room!!!!
