Hotel Red Roof Inn di New Castle

"It was disgusting.... we booked to stay for Zach Bryan concert last night and we ONLY changed in the room because we were crunched for time, we did not stay here, it was horrible. The door was already open, smelled like an ash tray from 1960 and well... pictures attached for reference. "I stayed 2 days the first day the room was clean. When I came in after leaving that morning. I came back and my bed wasn’t made the trash wasn’t taken out. No clean towels, the floors weren’t cleaned. I stayed Monday night left on Wednesday morning. The person that was supposed to clean my room had the gull to ask if I would give him a tip.
