"The best part was the staff. I have some maintenance issues in my room and they act immediately. Extremely nice, helpful and professional. I want to specifically mention Celeste at the reception desk. Wao! She was always giving the xtra mile for everyone. Amazing professionalism and costumer service . Room needs improvement specially bathrooms . But overall great experience and great location too."

"The Omni Parker House is a charming choice for anyone who values history, character and an unbeatable central location. They have a friendly service, classic décor and excellent location, with the hotel putting you within easy walking distance of Boston Common, the Freedom Trail and many of the city’s main attractions. The main drawback is that the hotel’s historic character comes with some compromises: rooms can feel small and dated, and bathrooms have only a screen door. Overall: A good pick if you want a historic Boston experience, atmospheric surroundings and a superb location, but less suitable if modern rooms and contemporary facilities are your priority."

"Great location and wonderful hotel. Computers were down when we arrived so checked our bags and returned later to check-in. Room was great. Unfortunately, the alarm was sounded at 3:15am and we had to evacuate the hotel. The next morning when checking out there was no apology about the alarm and it was during checkout that we were informed of a $35 credit we had for our room. This could have been conveyed to us when we checked-in."
