"Small hotel off the I-95, easy to reach location. Room was small, occupied by huge amounts of unnecessary furniture, so little room to move around. "This is a basic no frills low cost option along the 95 corridor. I booked it for a last minute trip to DC from cape cod. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I was up and gone early. The room was small, but the linens and towels were clean, the mattress was perfectly suitable, and the bath- while a bit dated was serviceable and clean. A decent option if you, like me cant accept The $250+ prices being charged for the Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton brands in this same area."

We didn’t see the mess right away( it was on the side of the bed on the box that there were some nasty stains(not from food or drink related) plus found an unused condom that was under the other bed. Front desk was able to give us another room immediately and gave us extra points for our next trip. New room was great"
