"This place was DIRTY. We would have been better off at a motel. Unmarked police cars arresting a guy in the parking lot while we’re checking in should’ve been our first clue, but we already booked and paid (no cancelations). The first room we got had stains all over the sheets and the balcony lock was completely missing (mind you, they tell you there’s a balcony to make it sound nice but it’s literally just enough room for you to stand). "For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing."

"The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay."

"The room was disgusting the lobby had dead bugs and was cluttered it smelled moldy when we arrived at our room the carpets were dirty and so was the bedding there where bodily fluids on the bed spreads we have to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves staff was rude and really just seemed like they didnt care"

"The staff members at reception and Griffin Restaurant were fantastic! Sherri, our restaurant server, was the best, always cheerful and attentive. Breakfast was good, with healthy choices. At check-in on our first night, Maria was wonderful! She gave detailed instructions to make our stay pleasant and was welcoming in every way. The only mild annoyance was the lack of temperature control in the room. The thermostat was not working properly."

"Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do."

"I had stayed here a few times before and was always pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my last stay was very disappointing. My son and I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I immediately reached out to management to report the issue, but I never received a response. I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and...
