"After requesting maid service - the room was cleaned and left with no wash cloths and the soap dispenser int he shower empty. Pillows were uncomfortable. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time largely due to a poor (misleading) layout of charges in the Expedia email confirmation."

"The person who check me in profile me I didn’t say nothing she flip my credit card ID back and fourth as if was fake asked why I’m hear, really rude I mentioned I’m a gold customer that didn’t help a little racism and young girl European woman and Spanish definitely I will never stay there again the bathroom had soap with hairs from previous party, also I was put in the last Room on floor, on purpose, American Black people beware- of The profiling I didn’t say nothing be be professional. "The Entrance was Beautiful. Nice well lit parking lot that has security patrols. Staff was very helpful and room was spotless. Definitely stay here again with a short walk inside the building to restaurants and casino."

"The staff was very professional and helpful. The property was very nice although quiet expensive. We were there for a wedding and other guest coming from outside had no availabilty to park even with valet. Valet for a charge would have been a nicer option. "
