"The property is very outdated and dirty. There is garbage paying around in the hallway. They don't automatically offer housekeeping. You have to request it but they don't tell you this. When I asked for housekeeping, they just brought towels and told me I could throw out the trash myself. There are only three floors with working ice machines. Our bed had a piece of metal sticking out of it to stop the box spring from moving around. Some of the floors have writings on the wall. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything even small talk. Kids are running around in the hallway at all hours of the night. One morning, we heard a couple doing the nasty and they were extremely loud in a family oriented hotel. The waterpark was extremely crowded. The security guard who checks the customers into the waterpark has a nasty attitude. She was talking about guests under her breath. There was even a guest recording a young girl in the waterpark with his phone. I refuse to ever go there again. This place could have potential but it's ghetto as heck. "
