Loved this hotel!! Great boutique feel at a reasonable rate. The only negative was the smell in the room, which is typical of older hotels in New Orleans. Fortunately, I always carry air fresheners, so it wasn’t a problem. You can’t beat the location! The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Hotel location is very good. Rm 107 is a large room and bath, next to an elevator with a concrete wall view. The shower water pressure was on low-side and never got really hot. There is public parking is across the street.
