"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "

"Bathroom was way too small pillows were too small. Breakfast was very sub par I've had better Breakfast than that in smaller hotels. I asked for a copy of my bill she couldn't give it to me. Said they would email it to me. All and all I've stayed at better hotels"

"The hotel rooms need to be updated. There were carpet stains on the floor and water stains on the ceiling. All the furniture in the room was old, scratched, and chipped. The hair dryer didn’t work and there was hair in the tub when we arrived. The price was reasonable so with the conditions of the rooms, I didn’t complain. I guess it’s true the saying,”you get what you pay for.”"

"The floor was so dirty that when you get out of the shower with clean feet… walk to the bed and the bottom of your feet are black. And the floor was kind of sticky."

"Excessive mold in the room we checked into. Not a few spots but a huge solid swatch about 2-3 square feet in the corner of one of the showers. The rooms themselves were not the cleanest and outdated, but I could have dealt with that if not for the mold. I had rented 2 rooms, and requested 2 rooms adjacent if possible. The fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to rent out this room instead of saying they were unable to accommodate the request made me question if the staff had any standards...
