The property overall was fine, lobby area was nice. The room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a disaster! The toilet was situated so close to the shower that it made it very difficult to use unless you were a contortionist.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
De’Marcis was outstanding. Greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby from the street. The front desk staff, security, & cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The diner had the best food for reasonable prices being in NYC. Would stay again.

The rooms was very clean, and the bed was very comfy! Location is great if you are planning to go to shows and explore the city! Highly recommend for a comfy stay!
