"Clean well staff was helpful will be staying again "

"Room was lovely. Very little staff. Pool closed in am for deep clean. No hot tub for the last 3 years. Wood missing on several side railings including ours. The grounds were beautiful and decorated for Easter with many lights. So much potential here but need maintenance to improve. It was a Sunday night so maybe that is part of the issue. "

"Did not use a/c or pool. Room had no remote for tv so had to ask for one and the first one was wrong one. Access to drive into hotel is very inconvenient as was access to any other places for dining."

"Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. "

"Our stay was ok but I probably won’t stay here again. Our room wasn’t very clean and there was brown stuff on our ice cubes from the ice machine on the 4th floor. I was only there for 1 night so I didn’t use the pool or eat the breakfast. The man that checked us in was very nice and polite and I appreciated that. "

"Laura at the front desk is horribly rude. She tried to charge me because we weren’t checked in at 3pm on the dot, and then gave our rooms away again because we weren’t in town to check in exactly at 3pm. My husband questioned why we make reservations if the rooms were just given away, to which she said “hotel rooms are first come first serve”. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. "
