Pretty basic but when just passing through for the night, it is really all you need. Staff on checkin was very helpful and happy to help us out with local questions!

Basic but good

Has everything you need if you're after a quick, short stay. Staff was friendly and service was good. Basic setup. It got the job done for a quick stay. Not a three and a half star in our eyes, I think it should be a cheaper stay.

Based on the photos I thought I was getting a bargain but I wasn't... It is a typical old cheap motel that is poorly maintained and smells of cigarettes. On arrival our room didn't have towels or toilet paper! You get what you pay for I guess.... in retrospec I wish I spent a bit more. Also worth noting, their web site says 3.5 star... which is laughable.... 2.5 at best.

Manager very friendly helpful and polite Building is too old and in need of urgent renovation looks and feels back in the 1960´s Very noisy due to traffic, refrigerator too , had to turn it off, Room does not have ventilation and smells like an old closed up warehouse of antiques furniture I had lo check out after one night stay, could not sleep more than 2 hours as I had to open the windows and door to get fresh air but the noise became unbearable. Television must be from the 70´s old and off color Could not use the toaster because it was badly rusted The best part was THE PARKING AND THE FRIENDLY MANAGER. i WILL never GO BACK TO THAT MOTEL

Run down motel with unfriendly owners. Found live cockroaches in my room beside bedding. Also 6 months after staying here they charged my credit card $800 for no reason so had to cancel my card and do a chargeback to stop them doing more unauthorized charges. Very dishonest people.

Had drug involved people seem living permanently next door. Party and verbal abuse very late at night. We stayed 9 nights but room was only made up twice. The very last day had no hot water for shower. It’s such a shame as the location of the motel could not have been better.

Room outside would had been better for my friend who has a walker to get in and out of the room easier. Fridge could had been a normal size Bar Fridge but we did get through with the fridge that was in the room.

Reasonable price,close to lake

A reasonable but small older motel unit. Friendly proprietors, air-con, microwave. Walking distance to the lake. I understand the new owners are in the process of renovating the units.

Confusion over the booking, cleanliness of the foyer, information rack was not updated and full of roach dropping’s and the manager was unhelpful forwarding information. But hot water was amazing and lightening for makeup application spectacular. The bed was very comfortable but the room was adjacent to reception and early check outs were disturbing from 4am.

Quaint cottage like rooms with clean facilities. The fire alarm went off for no reason at 2.30am and the refrigerator made strange noises. Other than that, it was great!!

Rooms are terrible, old and dated, beds are uncomfortable, furniture in rooms looks like it was collected from kerbside clean ups. Air conditioner was set to 19 on heat setting, this could not be changed, it was feeezing when I arrived and when I left, it was also very noisy and made strange noises all night. The road noisy is so disrupting. Shower’s are terrible, it’s impossible to make temperature consistent. We had to turn bar fridge off at wall because it sounded like it was going to take off. Old lolly paper toilet tissues was provided, like I was back in the first grade. Small, dodgy, old and dated, defiantly won’t be back, will be seeking reimbursement from Wotif for my stay. I would prefer to stay in a tent then this hotel. Wow

There was nothing to like about the Aquarius motel. It looked like pig's lived there. The stench of alcohol & stale cigarettes nearly made me spew, & that was just at reception. Refused to stay there, & was told I wouldn't be getting any refund back, mind you I had already paid in full online. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
