Hotel Golf di Newport

"My first time in a Best Western Plus establishment. I was very impressed with this facility. The entire site was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and professional. The onsite restaurant was fabulous and the wait staff were superb. The room was well appointed, quiet and spotless. Great access to Agate Beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"Property is supposedly being renovated. My room hadn't been updated. Old flooring, chipped tub, prior owner branded items, TV didn't work. No exterior lighting by room. The only positive was beach view. But, that was not enough to offset the overpriced experience. Will not stay there again."

"I loved my stay at the Embarcadero and actually wished I was staying for more than 1 night. The room was great. I was especially impressed with the view of the marina. The balcony was perfect for reading my book at the end of the day. The only thing that made this a 4 star stay over a 5 star was that the room was incredibly hot when I walked in. I’m sure this was because of the way my room was situated and the sun had been shining into it most of the day. To my knowledge there wasn’t any ac....

"Rooms were uncomfortably hot and the stand up fan barely worked. Had to have the window and door open most of the time just to be comfortable. We were there three days, had asked for extra towels and a couple extra pillows, and we got one set of towels for the two of us and was told we didn't ask for pillows, and the guy just walked away from us."
