"Parking was easy at the hotel valet only Room was small we had a king bed. Restaurant on site open at 4:00 Central location- lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would definitely stay again. "

"Bathroom faucet falling apart. Poor water pressure there and shower. Door security latch broken. . Heater blasts continually no matter how low you set it making room a furnace. Had to just turn it on-shut it off all the time. Plus there was a mysterious continuous drone noise coming from the ceiling area that kept us up. I calledvthe night clerk and he said quote "This is not a five star hotel." What an answer !!! A five star hotel? I wouldnt rate it an asteroid. "

"This hotel is located in the middle if the most active street in downtown Newport. The suite was well appointed and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I would stay there again."
