This hotel room was very rundown and dirty. The furniture was broken, sink and toilet had hairs in them. The microwave was filthy. The door didn’t completely close you could see daylight around the edges. The sheets were thread barren and the comforter had cigarette burns. We had to ask for toilet paper almost none at check in. The shower had soap scum and was simply dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed. This room left a lot to be desired.

Remote control didn’t work beyond power and volume , toilet handle needed to be held down to flush and looked like it was going to overflow before it went down, tub didn’t not drain. Rug and wall had very questionable stains. Sheets and pillows appeared clean. Location was difficult to find as the sign had been broken out.

Housekeeping

The room is outdated but clean. Was there for 2 days and housekeeping didn't service the room, meaning no clean towels, no trash emptied, or vacuum. It was quite most times.

Don't stay here

The hotel is nasty. Its outdated. They advertise they serve breakfast thats a lie. They claim COVID, however other hotels serve breakfast. They have a pool not filled thry clsim COVID however they are just to chrap to hire somone to clean it. The floor in the room wss dirty snd needs to be vacuumed. The best thing about thid hitrl is thr restaurant onsite. Awesome food and great customer service!

They floors and steps where so sticky they needed to be mopped, it was nasty in the hallways and it was people living in the hotel rooms and they kept watching us it gave me urban development vibes I didn’t even stay the night cause I didn’t feel right

Pay a few dollars more, but don't go to this hotel

I travel a lot, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever ... Extremely dirty, the attention was really horrible, the surroundings neglected ... On Hotels.com it said that it has breakfast but there they informed me that it did not without any explanation. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom ... There were four of us and there were only two towels. Obviously I went to ask for more, and, four hours later, at 11:30 pm, a person frantically knocks on the door to deliver the towels! Of course he woke us up ... There was a truck in the parking lot, it was running until very late. When I went to demand that they please take him out of there, the manager said that she did not know who he/she was, that if it bothered me, I would tell him myself. Pathetic!

It was absolutely DISGUSTING!! The entire property is in need of renovation, including the staff!!!!!! The room smelled TERRIBLE (like dog), had to have it vacuumed BEFORE going into the room, they wouldn't pick your garbage up for 2-3 DAYS, we asked them for clean towels (after day 3) in the morning and never brought them until 730 in the evening after asking AGAIN. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

This location on-site has nothing on how Travelocity advertises. Younger what you pay for, but it should be cleaner and my room reeked like marijuana and cigarettes. I have little ones that came along not a good setting. Couples arguing and playing loud music. Banging on the door from adjoining door. The receptionist was pleasant but needs to address the maintenance of the rooms. Won’t stay there ever again.

The pictures don’t do justice. It’s a very shady looking building. And the non smoking are across the parking lot in the more shady looking part. I know I’m judging without cause, but I wouldn’t stay there on my own let alone with my family. Sorry Army vet

I do not recommend..

The photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading. The pictures showed freshly painted walls, clean beds and flooring, but what we received was a filthy room with dirty beds and sofa. We chose this hotel because we have 3 children and we usually use the pullout sofa, but it was so disgusting, we didn't bother to touch it. The website said breakfast was included, however, it was not. So disappointed and disgusted..

Good overnight business value hotel

Hotel was adequate for low frills business stay. Staff was very nice - hotel was showing age and use. I would stay here again on business- probably not on vacation.

Upgrades Needed Immediately

This hotel requires a lot of work/upgrades. The bathroom counter was cracked, the remote to the tv worked when it wanted to, the majority of the time each and every button controlled the volume. The room smells like a smoking lounge, it would even come in through the ventilation system. Room was not regularly cleaned.
