I have been coming to Newport for years and this is a very old hotel that was purchased, the old part remodeled and a new addition added to the old part. "This property was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of various firmness. It is an older hotel so not may amenities but it was perfect for an economical place to stay for a weekend away."

Clean, nice size refrigerator that is cold, microwave, great desk for working and a comfortable office chair. Nice TV and internet connection made this a fortunate selection for a 19 day work trip. "I made a booking and had to check in around 8:30 pm . When I arrived no one was there to check me in the lights were off and the door was locked. They had a number posted on the door for late check in so I called and no one answered. I kept calling and still nothing. I call Expidia to help me and they tried calling and no one answered.
