"The original room I was given was like being outside in winter with no jacket. It was freezing. It was warmer in the hallway leading to the room. I went back to the front desk to change rooms and the clerk acted as if I did know how to function a thermostat. The semi attitude because a room change was requested was a little off putting. Would I stay there again, probably NOT!"

"Yotel is a different concept of hotel. The location is great, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean, the restaurant and lobby area are awesome.
I did not like the lack of space in the room, I need more room to move around, and the lack of privacy of the bathroom. Also water leake to the floor when showering. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. It was nearby all of the things we wanted to see. Boston is really the walkable city! The room was wonderful to come home to at the end of each day. The shower was excellent! The bar attached was a cherry on top! Loved this place, will be back next year! "

"This was a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and new feeling. There were plenty of common spaces where people could gather. The breakfast offered a fair amount of choices.
The cons about this property; unbeknownst to me, it is $62 per night to valet park at this property with no other options provided. While i realize that parking in the city is a challenge, other options should be made available. Also, though there was a fridge in the room, one would be hard pressed to store more...

"The room was nice but we had multiple issues with electronics being disconnected. They sent up the engineer and resolved both issues fairly quickly. We also noticed some housekeeping mistakes over our stay, specifically food on the carpet on one side of the bed and empty body wash in the shower. All these issues where fairly small but with that being said in the future we will probably just stay somewhere else."
