"Nice location with some character.Upper floor accessible by stairs....not fun with 50 lb. Luggage and a bad knee...this is after the climb up the hill and stairs into the hotel...per hotel photo, so that was expected. Dinner was another story...how can the chef overcook/bake a salmon dinner? I have purchased better cuts of salmon at Lidls grocery. I had to wash it down with two pints of lager. A quarter of that salmon was diseased sections...better hotels would not serve. Grounds walk after...

"This is a great place to stay, situated outside of the Galway downtown area. It’s a long walk, but an easy uber ride into town to take advantage of the area. If you’re driving Ireland, it is a great place to stay because of the free parking. You can walk into town along the water, which is also nice. The hotel is small, which is cool, but the rooms are spacious and well appointed. We ate breakfast at one of the restaurants below the hotel and liked it. We thought about eating dinner there, but...

"Our favorite stay of our trip. Close to Doolin town, ferry, and cliffs hiking. The interior is top notch, nicely updated, and the host is great. A gem."

"Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Breakfast was quite good, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: A bit too far from the city centre with not much around in terms of restaurants, etc.. Approximately a 30-35 minute walk into town from the property, or a 15 minute bus or taxi ride. Continental breakfast not included unless you add it to your room rate for an extra cost. Wifi was shoddy and didn’t connect half the time."
