"The property is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It ends there. First, when we called down to see what the hours were for the pool, the desk clerk advised my wife “the pool isn’t open. I told your husband this at check in”. This didn’t happen. I’m not really sure what even led him to say that. Second, there automated receptionist said there was room service. When we talked to the front desk advised that there wasn’t room service. They should change that automated message. Also, on this topic, it was VERY hard to get ahold of an actual person. Finally, there TV was very inconvenient. If you pressed the up arrow on the remote it would put the tv in a mode that would force you to turn off the tv and turn it back on. Additionally, the Netflix button on the remote should be removed. The desk clerk advised me that the internet service was currently under a repair process. Bottom line: this hotel didn’t supply what was being paid for and their rude desk clerk fell right in line with the vibe that my wife and I felt from this hotel."
