Quaint hotel near Ledras street for shopping and border crossing. Right next to the new park and the bus station. The staff was very friendly. Only problem was trying to keep electronics charged since there was only one outlet.

Great staff. mario, mamas and Maya are all super friendly and professional and made my stay enjoyable - I hope I got the names right. Great location too - near grocery and restaurants and the border crossing. The hotel is right beside the solomos square which is the public bus stop and can access airports - just need to check the schedules online. The other direct airport shuttle to and from larnaca is about 45 mins walk away but bus will take you near there and you can pay 2.40 euros cash. The hotel is older and period but is charming. The ac, fridge and tv work well. Some parts wall painting is chipping and some “mold” in the bathroom but didnt bother me. I was on the third floor and there is no elevator so if you have a high floor room and heavy bags that might be quite challenging. Some people complained about noise but I didnt hear much from the main street right outside. i slept well and enjoyed my stay. i will definitely consider stayingbthere again. Staff and location are the greatest strengths.

Central location, lovely staff

Great hotel with great location. Right across the bus station, which I arrived at and left from, and close to everything. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only thing is it takes a couple of minutes to get warm water, and a lot of noise is coming from the street as it’s super central. Didn’t bother me at night, but if you are noise sensitive , book another hotel. Would stay again for a short stay.

The hotel is central. Personnel really kind. Quite cheap. As to my room the worse thing is that it is directly on the central bus station and it is quite noisy. If you are able to adapt the solution is fuctional for few days, but it is not a room where you can really rest.

Great location and internet with decent price

The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. The room key needed to be returned every time when leaving the hotel, though the reception was open 24/7 and the staff was pleasant, so this did not lead to delays. A photocopy of ID document was taken upon arrival, not sure why this was needed. Overall, I recommend this hotel for stays in Nicosia.

The only good things about this hotel are the location and the people working there. Very friendly and they did keep the rooms/common areas very clean. The location is convenient for catching a bus, there are several mini-markets close, and it's not too far from the main pedestrian street with all the restaurants and the border to northern Cyprus. But the room was a disaster. Peeling paint, useless shower, and extremely hard and lumpy mattresses. They also allow smoking so the smell was terrible. There is a balcony but it's shared so you can't open the doors or curtains. There is an air conditioner but you have no control over it, so you're either too hot or too cold. There is a TV but only a few local channels. I'm sure you can find something better but, if price is a concern, it's ok for one night. 2 nights and our backs were very sore.
