"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didnā€™t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didnā€™t like that the door was a key. "Our stay was excellent with breakfast being the highlight. Our room had a view of the castle and the patio view of the Mosel was beautiful. The only negative was the summer heat being unbearable without A/C, although a fan helped somewhat. Would return during cooler months. Wein Garten next door was excellent."
