"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "we must have came on a bad weekend cause it seemed like everyone was in a bad mood but Gary! The hotel was overall nice shower had mutiple cracks on floor. Ac did work first so we had to switch rooms! Again overall an okay experience."
