Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was good, the low pressure and design made it very awkward to stand as you’d be leaning on the edge of the bathtub to get full coverage.

Excellent Room ..Excellent Location(very close to shuttle bus stop) ... Excellent Service (We can't find any transportation to Rusutsu and They drive us to Rusutsu at 5pm with very very good price). Everything is excellent. Definitely will stay here again next Snowboard trip. Thanks!

Overall good but encountered some problems

Overall satisfied with the stay in the apartment. Staffs are helpful. However, we encountered several power failure as there was overload of the equipments used. Room turned out totally darkness and have to switch the power back on. Have told staffs about this and hope they improve this.
