"Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The room and the common areas were clean and welcoming. Parking was handy. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will definitely stay here again when in Duluth. The only negative observation I will make is that the breakfast was the weakest aspect of our stay. The hot items were barely warm. Staff did not seem to be present to answer questions or assure that hot items remained hot."

"I call this hotel a minimalist hotel. This isn't a bad thing. We had a king size room for two. There was everything we needed in the room.The minimalist part is there was the pictures/art on the walls. There was a colorful rollup/down blind that added some "pop" to the room. There was one desk chair. Im a clean freak so would have liked the bathroom shower, sink and floor cleaner. However, it was acceptable. The mattress could use an upgrade.
