"I tried to call about a late check in at 5, but did not get an answer. I tried multiple times. I finally sent a message, and received a response bWhen I arrived at 10 pm, my rooms were not ready. They asked if we could wait 15 minutes. This was inconvenient, but I agreed.
My youngest daughter saw a bug on the wall when we first walked in the room. It is June, so bugs happen; however I did notice the room smelled heavily of bleach.My other daughter was staying in a different room and commented to me that her room smelled like dog. It is a pet friendly hotel.
I noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. Also, the light over the sink was not working.
A television and refrigerator in the room are the only room amenities.
The bed was soft, but i found the sheets extremely itchy.
My older daughter called to say that her pillowcases were dirty. I suggested that she request a room change. I was not in the room, but a request to change rooms resulted in my daughter and son in law being told to leave the property. The manager refused to change the pillowcases. She said that they had no available rooms and that they would have to leave the premises. At this point my son in law did swear at her. I went to see if I could straighten things out, but she threatened to kick me out as well.
After realizing that there was no safety chain on the door, I decided to leave the hotel. I no longer felt safe in the room.
Management is unprofessional and rooms are rundown. Location not nice."
