Thank you for your recent stay at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta. We were pleased to hear that you thought the hotel was nice. Please note that all parking in the Riverside Village where the hotel is located is controlled by the City of North Augusta. The city provides the hotel with a covered parking garage for hotel guests to use, and the parking fee go back to the city. The hotel provides daily stay-over housekeeping service to all rooms, which includes emptying trash, restocking bathroom amenities and towels and making the bed. Full-service cleaning takes place every 3 days, however. guests can request full room cleaning daily by requesting at the front desk. Thank you for bringing to our attention the housekeeping issues you experienced. For this, we do apologize as this is not the kind of experience we would want any of our guests to have . Our guest rooms go through a thorough preventative maintenance inspection quarterly, however mechanical equipment such as Air conditioners can fail unexpectedly. Since Crowne Plaza Hotels are not an extended-stay brand we do not have Microwaves in our guest rooms. We do have small refrigerators to cool your beverages.
