Generally the hotel is nice. Be prepared for nearby off site parking @ $12/day. Toilet seat was loose (I fixed it). Black mold inside the shower along the door track. Quiet most of the time but not the most quiet room we've had. Occasional noise from our upstairs neighbor, banging, etc, kids out screaming & yelling at the pool 10:30-11pm (not sure when it ended). They only clean the rooms every 5 days although they will provide clean towels and make the bed with the existing sheets daily. Staff was friendly.

Thank you for your recent stay at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta. We were pleased to hear that you thought the hotel was nice. Please note that all parking in the Riverside Village where the hotel is located is controlled by the City of North Augusta. The city provides the hotel with a covered parking garage for hotel guests to use, and the parking fee go back to the city. The hotel provides daily stay-over housekeeping service to all rooms, which includes emptying trash, restocking bathroom amenities and towels and making the bed. Full-service cleaning takes place every 3 days, however. guests can request full room cleaning daily by requesting at the front desk. Thank you for bringing to our attention the housekeeping issues you experienced. For this, we do apologize as this is not the kind of experience we would want any of our guests to have . I have shared your comment with our Housekeeping Director so that she can make the necessary adjustments with her staff.We do hope to have the opportunity to serve you again so that we can show you the true upscale guest service that our hotel is known for Respectfully

I really liked the property, however, I do wish the $100 pet fee for incidentals was disclosed upfront upon booking the room. It may be an abrupt inconvience for other guest when they check-in. However, the dining facility, parking garage, and staff were 10/10. I would definitely recommend others to stay here if visiting Augusta, GA or hosting a business event here potentially.

This seemed like a very new property - everything was sparkling and modern, but not over the top. Very nice lobby with a large bar. Didn't get to try the restaurant but heard good things about it. Did try the rooftop bar and it was great. Even though it was a winter evening, the overhead heaters kept it warm enough. Great views with a bar/snack and restaurant menu available. My room was very nice, clean, also modern/new and very nicely appointed. A very good value for the price.

The area lacked very many options for food and drinks. The hotel bar and restaurant were overpriced for the service and food. Employees spent more time on their phones or talking to friends. Just to stay at the hotel, there is an extra parking charge of $12 a day.

Overall its a Nice hotel, pretty clean, the staff was very good, could use some updating. A few knocks would be no microwave in the room, The rod to close the curtains was broken off.

The hotel has a rooftop bar. Which is fine, except that one of the exits was RIGHT next to our guest room door. So a wedding party was using this door (which should have been blocked off but wasn’t) to loudly congregate and shout and talk right outside our door until almost 2am. If the door was properly secured it probably wouldn’t have been an issue. Or the hotel should put us somewhere away from the wedding party. For a room booked with three guests there were not enough towels. TV was cable only, no smart options or way to rent a movie. That’s about it. Good location and very nice lobby. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, I notified the front desk and they sent someone to check it. They supposedly fixed it, but didn’t really. They gave us a different room, all good now.

Our guest rooms go through a thorough preventative maintenance inspection quarterly, however mechanical equipment such as Air conditioners can fail unexpectedly. Our room was spacious and comfortable.Only small gripe is that like many hotels as part of their cost saving plan (that the bean counters call eco friendly) big dispensers ared replacing individual containers of toiletries. A bit of a bind when you are in the shower, to find the shower gel is empty. If they really want to save the planet, don't set the air con at 60 degrees.
