"We asked four or five times to have our bedsheets changed before we went to the beach. The staff assured us that it would be done by the time we returned. However, when we came back, nothing had been cleaned and the bedsheets had not been changed. We were very disappointed with the poor housekeeping service and lack of follow-through."

"Heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place and it did turn out to be mixed. Overall it depends on your expectations. The basic stuff about the hotel is all good. Big rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast. But if you are looking for something beyond like extremely clean property in and out then this is not it. It is definitely a beat down and you will find ripped carpets, cracked places in toilet, some mold, dishwasher not working etc.
the best thing about this property is their staff. Everyone...
