"I couldn’t get the TV to shut off. I had to open the breaker in the room and the electrical panel. The Clock in the room was also wasn’t plugged in and I didn’t know how to set it up. The body wash in the shower was empty. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was helpful."

"Room could have been cleaner, had water damage on the wall of the bed, mold in the shower, pillows smelt weird like they needed to be washed, room was very dry and our allergies were really bad in the room I’m assuming from mold. Other than that the staff was great and we got to enjoy the pool a bit and spend time with family."

"The front desk attendants were very kind. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady that is the breakfast attendant on the weekend was very kind and accommodating. She was like sunshine! I called to get her name and the man at night said he was not sure, as he works during the week and she works just weekends. He told me the Manager would be in tomorrow. Anywho, if I am in the area again, I will stay here."

A little while after we checked in a staff member from the front desk called the room to make sure everything was good with our room. We really enjoyed our stay in the Laural Highlands"

"Well I asked for a cot and it's not for queen size beds it's for the king size bed she told me and it was for a child I never heard of such a thing that's one thing I didn't like but the property was very nice and the staff is very nice that's the only thing I had to complain about I couldn't get a cot it should be for every room not for just the king size rooms"

"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. What a nightmare!!! Made this reservation to come to Kennedywood not knowing the next day we would be in the red zone of an air quality alert. Called Friday to try to cancel our reservation and get a refund, the lady at the front said no problem let me try to cancel it for you. Proceeded to tell us she was as able to cancel it and give us our refund and we should receive an email of confirmation. Get off the phone. Get an email just saying it was...
