"I believe it is a great place for younger children. They have far more to do for younger ages but not a lot for the older children and adults. They art room was amazing and the room was beautiful and cozy. The arcade was fun and the gentleman running the arcade was the absolute best! "

"Our experience was phenomenal. The staff at check in were extremely pleasant. Our room was very nice. On Wednesday evening there was a social event that included complementary food along with soda, beer and wine. This was buffet style and very delicious. The breakfast was amazing. The woman in charge of the complimentary breakfast did an extraordinary job in not only preparing the food but also continually refilling and maintaining a very clean environment. This hotel is within a 2 minute walk to Treehouse craft brewery which was the reason for our trip to Saratoga Springs. It is also a 20 minute drive to the Saratoga National Historical Park and the Saratoga National Cemetery I can't say enough good about our experience. I will definitely stay here again. Because of the this property I may make this an annual trip. "

"Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. It is beautifully remodel but you can see hints of the age and character it has. Don't expect a brand new chain hotel but truly appreciate this one for the charm it has. The hot tub was hot but the pool was on the chiller side. All staff was wonderful and we took advantage of room service for breakfast. Beds were comfy. Felt very safe for families. The only downside was no microwave for guest staying in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. So we ate cold leftovers. They have a fridge in the room but no microwave. So just plan accordingly. Would recommend and love to return one day. "

"Fresh-free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Room was fine for price and was really clean. Pool seemed sufficiently clean/sanitized. ALL staff had a great attitude and plenty of smiles, which made our stay more comfortable. During our stay the first floor was under renovation, so I knocked down a star. If you're looking to do remote meetings outside of your room, there isn't a place that will provide enough privacy, which I took my calls from my car."

"Check in person did say parking Wes free and it was not as we found out when checking out. It’s fine it wasn’t I don’t have any issue with that …. Just make sure staff is being upfront and transparent with guests. I’d stay again though! "
