"Restaurant never open"

"I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. Not only was that a huge inconvenience to us but likely to the people who were trying to check in to their correct room. We already utilized things in the room so it would have needed to be stripped and cleaned. Just over all super unprofessional from the staff. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. "

"The staff when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, our fridge didn't really work, our shower was out of body wash, and there was not enough towels for all of us. Overall though, we were happy with our stay. the location was perfect"

"Great room size "

"Staff are AWESOme! Not only friendly and helpful, but trustworthy. When i departed, I had left a bracelet that had much sentimental value. I received a call from Kelly to let me know they found it. I didn't even realize it was missing. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept so peaceful. "
