"The building looks like it’s about to go abandoned the rooms are small and tight. We seen a big ass rat running by the pool. And our water would not cut off in our room and the refrigerator wasn’t cold they had to move us to a different room. For this to be the hiltons I have stayed in better hotels than this"

Front doors kept opening and closing and one of the doors to the pool was completely off the hinges and leaning against the doorframe. Pool was dirty and terribly cloudy so our kids were very disappointed not being able to swim. Front desk staff were polite. Parking lot seemed to have some suspicious people lurking about. Because of the lack of available rooms I was unable to get another room until 6/30/26 mean while I had to stay in 382 from 6/5/26 till 6/30/26 and I was then placed in 682 with the issues of mold in the carpet and bed bugs.
