"I stayed for 9 days had to asked for towels, trash can dump, no one cleaned my room. This place is in the heart of downtown from early mornings to late evenings expected noise from traffic and people. I had to keep the windows and patio door open, because of hot room,just to keep the room cool. The area is good during the day time,but at night at your own risk."

"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself.
