Smelled like mold, paid for 4 nights only stayed 1 night due to health risks, we did a wipe test with some tissue paper on the tile floors, tissue was black after only a few wipes. Bedding had human hair on pillows and blankets. We ended up leaving to a different hotel as this one was unlivable, We talked to front desk about this issue but they were not interested in hearing us out, we ended up paying for the full stay. I highly recommend booking something other than here.

This is the coolest MOTEL ever!!!! The rooms are fine with new bathroomsl!!!! Each has a sliding glass door with a patio close to poolside!! It has a gigantic refrigerator and a microwave! And so very close to Warm Mineral Springs Park it is AMAZING!!!!!

This place was awful! The pictures are over 20 years old. The place is so run down it’s a hole in the wall. The pool is green and not in service. The rooms were dirty as can be floors were disgusting, hair on the toilet, shower had curly hairs all in it. We didn’t stay. We changed our clothes and left. I complained but it did no good.

I read the reviews before booking this place and was open-minded about staying in an aging "Old Florida" motel with old school charm and not-necessarily modern amenities. That's the way a couple of reviews described it. But, that time has passed, apparently. This hotel is just run down and dirty... yellowed bedsheets (found a tick in my bed) and a bathroom in need of a total redo. The hotel mostly caters to local laborers now... 3 guys were working on a car right on the patio area of an end unit and had parts laying everywhere. Nice guy working the desk when we checked in... housekeeper was friendly and waved as we departed. But, the motel is not in good shape... would not recommend.

Do not recommed at all.
It was the most awful experience I have ever had at a hotel. This hotel is run down, there was no hot water for showers, the towels and sheets had a yellow tint to them that made them look unclean. It seemed very unsafe and I would not go out after dark. After complaining about no hot water for 2 days they said they would give us a 20$ discount.

This is truly a hidden gem. Went with friends to visit the warm springs park and this little mid modern hotel was so cute that we didn’t want to leave the room. Spacious and comfortable. Could use a little bit of cleaning.
