"It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating. "

"We needed a quick stopover before boarding a flight to Toronto after a cruise. The rate here was the most reasonable we could find up in the area, and we were extremely happy with the hotel and services.
From the moment of check-in, when we received a bottle of water each, the great coffee bar setup, and the shuttle we were able to take to a local restaurant for dinner, the ‘little things’ made our stay special.
