"We had looked to checkout a day early (sue to illness) and receive a refund and the staff informed us cleaning only comes certain days and this was not possible. I find this highly unusual and there was no consideration from front desk. Not good service and plan to escalate this to Hyatt management. "

"The property is brand new, clean and the staff are very nice. However, a parking fee at a hotel ina rural area off of the interstate next to nothing but a car dealership is ridiculous. Would not stay there again."
