"A bit strange with the shower situation, but the room was cozy, clean, a nice selection of snack items, and the staff was super friendly. It's not going to be for people looking for 5 star room service, but for the price I paid, I will definitely be back again during my further travels to Austin."

"Carpets have huge stains, and the walls are dirty. Staff are not helpful. Room was missing items like the TV remote and the staff seemed reluctant to help."

"Upon checking in the toilet in my room pretty immediately started gushing. It actually leaked through the ceiling to the reception desk below. The staff was very nice and did their best to take care of it. They quickly moved me to another room. The property wasn't very clean or in great shape."

"Stayed at la Quinta this property is central to most things I needed. Price was affordable. Walmart is close if your traveling with a family restaurants arent to far away either. The property needs a deep clean visibly dirty curtains you can see from outside of the building. Carpets could use a steam cleaning and floor two smells like it was flooded previously. The staff are friendly never walked inside without a greeting and never came back without a greeting. We didnt come down for breakfast...

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"The breakfast buffet was very good, although I was under the impression it was included with the room, but I obviously misunderstood. So breakfast was $50 for 2 people. You can order from the menu instead, which we did in day 2, but it was still $50. If you are a big eater, it's worth it. You do get a lot. The bar is very over priced too, but that's what you get from a hotel bar. Pappadeaux is right next door & drinks were $3 less. We did order food from the bar as well & it was very good....

"It was absolutely clean and amazing. Is right on highway but also quite at the same time. I stayed 4 nights. The gym is very small but for using the treadmill who has a build in fan it was perfect. If I ever travel or have to stay in Austin, I will definitely come back. Breakfast was also great. Coffee is very light but u bring my instant espresso with me so it wasn’t a problem lol"

"I was really impressed by the staff's communication and friendliness. I received a call during my layover before I got to Austin, and they told me they didn't have any rooms left with two queens. They gave me another room with a king without additional charges. They were so kind and accommodating. If I am ever in Austin again, I am absolutely staying there. "

"We loved staying at Brava House. It felt super comfortable, clean and inviting. We recently had 2 separate stays there. Firstly, in the Casablanca room, which had an old-time, romantic Victorian vibe. And then on our return to Austin, we stayed in the Julian suite, which is super spacious and beautifully appointed, overlooking the leafy garden. Breakfasts were excellent and our hosts very friendly. We’ll definitely be back."
