"Right when we got in there the guy at the front desk said they just got the pool heater fixed and heater was on for the past 2 days but is only 63degrees. The place smelled like death. The vending machines were broken . The front elevator was broken. The room smelled like something was burning. I jumped in the pool and checked where all the jets were and nothing was pumping out so that means the heater wasnt on. So that was a complete lie. Im sire he tealls all his guests that same line. There were some weird looking people in the hottub saying that they live at this hotel. I would never go back here again and the only reason we stayed there is because of the pool and it wasnt possible for my children to get it and i couldnt get a refund. Instant hypothermia if you tried swimming in the pool. We almost left the hotel at 11pm to drive 3hrs home but we were tired from the road. There was no breakfast and even if there was i would definitely not eat their food. I want a refund because this was the worst experience of our lives at a hotel. "
