"We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 "

"This was a terrible hotel to stay at. They are understaffed in evenings, the poor front desk clerk was trying to do everything for all guests when we checked in and was running around the hotel. We booked a suite with 4 guests and there was no extra bedding, the phone in the room didn't work, so we went down to get some and the hotel had run out of pillows! "Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. "

"Stayed there for the Glass City Marathon. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the university start & finish line. Brought own food for dinner and breakfast- fridge and microwave came in very handy for this. Bathroom was not renovated but it served the purpose. Double beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was the strong smell of the room sanitizer or deodorizer. It decreased with over the 1 night stay.
